I’m Matías Rossi. I compose music and do sound design for audiovisual projects, such as podcasts, videos, animation, films or video games. In all of these, I’m in charge of both the technical and creative aspects. Ease and experience in both areas allows me to handle projects from the very beginning to the final editing and master version.

I studied journalism and social communications, so I can also work on or research new scripts.

I started working as a podcast producer and editor for Ràdio Web MACBA (Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona) in 2011, and it is an area I have been specializing in since then.

.

I’m also a musician and in 2005 I founded Bradien, an instrumental group which has published three albums, performed in Europe and America, and collaborated with other musicians, such as Bill Wells or Lydia Lunch, and with poets like Eduard Escoffet or John Giorno.

Since 2017, I’ve been in Aalbers, an electronic and computer-created-music project. In 2020 we had a sound art residency at INA GRM in Paris and currently we have an artist residency at Fabra i Coats.

I was born in La Plata, Argentina, but have lived in Barcelona since 2000.
